Car

From the south (A33, M4 Junction 11)

Follow the A33/Reading. Follow signs for Caversham and Henley/A4155 crossing Caversham Bridge and the River Thames. Bear right through Caversham shopping area. At the mini roundabout, take the first exit left (Prospect Street) and travel up the hill to the traffic lights. Take Henley Road/A4155 straight across this junction. The main entrance to Queen Anne’s is approximately 600 yards on the left hand side.

From the north (M40, Junction 6)

Follow signs for Lewknor and Watlington/B4009. After Watlington take the B481/Nettlebed Road. In Nettlebed and turn left onto the A4130, turning right to Sonning Common and Reading/B481. Continue through Emmer Green until you approach Caversham (down a fairly steep hill). Turn left at the traffic lights onto the A4155. The main entrance to Queen Anne’s is approximately 600 yards on the left hand side.

Please note that some Satellite Navigation systems deliver visitors to the back gate of our school. The main entrance is on Henley Road. Parking is available on site.

Rail

Reading Station is a five-minute taxi ride from Queen Anne’s. Trains are available to destinations throughout the UK from Reading Station and run every few minutes to Paddington.

Air

London Heathrow Airport is a forty minute car journey from Queen Anne’s.

Coaches

A coach service runs every Friday and Sunday to Hammersmith, Chiswick, Richmond and Putney. Weekly assisted travel to Paddington and Waterloo train stations as well as accompanied travel to London airports is also available.

Local bus routes and destinations are added according to demand and willchange annually to suit our pupils. The current routes cover the following areas: Amersham, Ascot, Beaconsfield, Bourne End, Bracknell, Camberley, Chalfont, Checkendon, Cookham Dean, Crays Pond, Crowthorne, Gerrards Cross, Goring-on-Thames, Henley, High Wycombe, Hook, Hurley, Hurst, Jordans, Knowl Hill, Little Wick Green, Maidenhead, Marlow, Marlow Bottom, Newbury, Old Amersham, Pangbourne, Peppard, Reading Rail Station, Sherfield-on-Loddon, Shiplake, Sonning, Sonning Common, Stratfield Saye, Stubbings, Streatley, Swollow Field, Twyford, Upper Basildon, Virginia Water, Wallingford, Warfields, Wargrave, Windsor, Wokingham, Woodcote and Woosehil.
