Do you hire your facilities for us to run half-term/ summer holiday clubs?
Yes. Please note that we get booked in advance and spaces can be limited.
Do you hire out our facilities for weddings?
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Queen Anne’s School no longer hires its venue out for weddings. We would however be able to host your engagement party.
Can I hire your facilities weekly for my music or sporting event?
Yes please get in contact with the Events Team or the Sports Centre Manager 0118 918 7300.
Is cleaning included in the hire?
General cleaning is included in the hire. However we ask that you take any rubbish away with you at the end of your event. A staff member will accompany you at the end of your hire to walk through the venue(s) make sure no rubbish or valuables are left or damage has been caused during your hire.
Are tables and chairs included in the hire or are they charged separately?
Standard trestle tables, 6ft round tables and chairs are included in the rate of hire. Please do discuss this with a member of the Events team as to your requirements and they can be set out in advance of your arrival.
Can we bring our own catering from home or hire a caterer for our event?
All hot food must be supplied by our onsite caterer, Thomas Franks. However, we do allow cold buffet items to be brought onsite by the hirer or their preferred caterer.
Can I arrange for a DJ/ Band or entertainer for my party?
Yes, however, we do request a copy of their public liability insurance in advance of your booking and for all their equipment to have been PAT tested.
How late can I have a party at your venues?
Our licence allows parties and special occasions on our site until 11pm.
What kind of performances can be held at your venues?
A large variety of performances can be held on our site, from small recitals to large scale drama performances.
Are your facilities available to hire at any time of the school year?
Our venues are available for hire during the school holidays, exeat weekends and occasional evenings, dependant upon the venue. For more details about our availability please take a look at our booking page or contact one of our Events Team on 0118 918 7300.
How much parking do you have onsite?
We have 80 car parking spaces onsite.
